Meet Dr. Burney M. Croll
Burney Croll, a 1968 SUNY at Buffalo dental alumnus, completed a two-year prosthodontic program at Tufts University in 1972. He enjoys private prosthodontic practice in New York City, where he is dedicated to providing quality care for his patients. He directs a full laboratory on the premises which includes ceramists and technicians. Dr. Croll has been a guest lecturer in the postgraduate Prosthodontic programs at Columbia University, New York University, and at the University of Pennsylvania. He has provided continuing education internationally. He is a past president of the Northeast Gnathological Society, a member of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American College of Prosthodontists. He is active as member of the Advisory Board to the Department of Restorative Dentistry at New York City College of Technology.
Burney and his wife, Harriet have two children: Wendy, a 2001 graduate of the Periodontal program and Implant Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, and Andrea, a graduateof Fordham University School of Law. In addition to teaching dentistry, Burney is an instrument rated private airplane pilot, enjoys skiing, model railroading and being a grandfather.
